We carry sizes XS- 5X. Below are the measurement guidelines that will help you determine what size is best for you.  There is no standard in numerical measurements so using our size chart is vital to getting the correct fit. If you still need help with sizing, please send a message through our Contact Us and provide the waist AND also *hip* measurements. Once you provide us with the waist and hip measurements, we can recommend the best size for you.

All orders take 5-7 business days to ship as they are hand made at the time the order is placed.

All orders must be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of placing them. We cannot cancel or change orders after 12 hours of placing because they are then in production. We will also deduct a 3% transaction fee off the refund amount when cancelling orders. Please contact us through our Contact Us form on our website to change, or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

All items are hand made after the order is placed. Because of the nature of the items, we can not accept returns for poor fit, or mind changes. Please make sure that you check the item description for the measurements to ensure a correct fit. There is no standard in numerical measurements so this is vital.
If an item is defective in any way, we will always make it right for you. Please contact us through the contact form with any concerns!  

 We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your item shows as delivered, please contact your local Post Office or UPS office to file a missing package report. Please double check the spelling of your first and last name, and confirm your address is correct before placing your order. Refunds will not be given for items stolen, or lost in the mail.

The String, Flutter Thong, and Thong styles can be worn by both women and men. We do not recommend the Flutter (full back) style for men as the front may not have enough support.
